Frenchastic by Neeraja provides:

• Online French language tutoring and classes
• Preparation for French certifications (DELF, TEF, TCF, TEFAQ)
• Study materials and resources for enrolled students
• Free demo classes for prospective students
• One-on-one and group tutoring sessions

Our services are available to individuals of all ages. However:

• Students under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to enroll in our courses
• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors during online classes
• Payment and contractual agreements must be made by an adult (18+)

Course Enrollment

• Enrollment is confirmed upon payment of course fees
• Course fees and schedules are communicated during the enrollment process
• Installment payment options may be available upon request

Payment Methods

• Bank transfer
• UPI payments
• Other payment methods as agreed upon

Refund Policy

Demo classes are free (no payment required).

Attendance

• Students are expected to attend classes as per the agreed schedule
• Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend a class
• Missed classes without prior notice may not be rescheduled
• Class timings are subject to change based on curriculum requirements and learning pace. Sessions may occasionally extend or conclude earlier depending on the topics being covered and overall progress

Rescheduling

• Classes can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice
• Rescheduling is subject to availability

Technical Requirements

• Stable internet connection is required for online classes
• A device with camera and microphone for interactive sessions

All content provided as part of our services, including but not limited to:

• Study materials and worksheets
• Presentation slides
• Audio and video content
• Practice tests and mock exams

We expect all students to:

• Treat the instructor and fellow students with respect
• Maintain a professional learning environment
• Not record classes without explicit permission
• Not share class links or materials with non-enrolled individuals
• Complete assignments and practice exercises as recommended

Violation of the code of conduct may result in termination of services without refund.

Frenchastic by Neeraja provides educational services to the best of our ability. However:

• We do not guarantee specific exam results or certification outcomes
• Success in language learning depends on individual effort and practice
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• Technical issues with third-party platforms (video conferencing, etc.) are beyond our control

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
